To be or not to be....natural?

When you need a job and you reach the interview. You know you have the credentials or you would not have made it this far. During you interview you can tell, the gentlemen sitting across from you have an apprehensive feel to their smiles and general conversation.

They desire a more uniformed appearance and your hair is in it's natural state, no chemicals, nice, neat.... but natural. You don't get hired and you are certain thats why. Do you go home and use some method to straighten it or do you keep looking for the job that will except you and your right to display your natural tresses?
